1. Access is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. Bringing food and drinks into the complex is not allowed.
3. Access with balloons, confetti, and other plastic decorations is prohibited.
4. Pets are allowed in the complex only if on a leash and in compliance with legal requirements, depending on the size and type of the pet.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and following hygiene and sanitation norms is mandatory.
6. Wearing swimwear or indecent clothing on the terrace is not allowed.
7. Terrace access is free, and service is available until 12:00 AM. The last kitchen order is taken at 10:30 PM, and the bar closes at 12:00 AM.
8. Only individuals who have paid the entrance fee are allowed in the pool area.
9. Specific equipment is mandatory in the pool area: swimwear (not made of cotton), slippers, and towels. Nudity, topless attire, or indecent clothing is prohibited.
10. Taking a shower is mandatory before entering the pool.
11. Consuming drinks and food in or near the pool is forbidden.
12. Running, reckless play near the pool, jumping into the water, and playing with balls are not allowed.
13. Gambling is prohibited within the complex.
14. Unassisted diving is not recommended.
15. Urinating in the pool is strictly forbidden! Anyone caught doing so will be charged for water replacement and compensation to other clients.
16. Individuals with open wounds, dermatitis, skin conditions, or contagious diseases are not allowed in the pool. Undeclared health conditions absolve Gradina Floreasca of any liability.
17. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
18. Loose hair is not allowed in the pool (hair should be tied back or a swim cap used).
19. Children under 18 years old are allowed in the pool only if accompanied and supervised by parents/guardians. Unaccompanied or unsupervised children are strictly prohibited. Parents or guardians are personally responsible for their children within Gradina Floreasca.
20. Children under 3 years old are allowed in the pool only if wearing waterproof swim diapers (special swimwear).
21. Children aged 3 to 6 years are allowed in the pool only with inflatable arm bands or vests.
22. Access with inflatable rings, mattresses, toys, or other inflatable objects is prohibited.
23. Sunbathing is permitted only in designated areas. Moving sunbeds is not allowed.
24. Throwing objects into the pool (e.g., chewing gum, plastic cups) is prohibited.
25. Damaging the complex’s property will result in liability for the costs of repairs.
26. The complex is not responsible for valuables left unattended, forgotten, or lost.
27. Obscene or inappropriate language, indecent gestures, violence, and behaviour that affects the comfort and physical integrity of clients and staff are prohibited.
28. Filming or photographing is prohibited without a special agreement with the complex management.
29. Individuals who violate these rules will be evicted, and repeated offenses will result in permanent denial of access.
30. The complex is monitored by video surveillance in legally permitted areas.
31. Access to the venue is strictly prohibited outside working hours.
32. The venue’s rates can be found on the complex’s promotional materials, the official Facebook page (facebook.com/gradinafloreasca), and the website gradinafloreasca.ro.
